Must have:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience, with focus on AI/ML technologies.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable AI models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

Responsibilities:
- Utilize machine learning techniques to solve complex challenges across various aspects of game development, from narrative design to dynamic environment creation to quality assurance testing.
- Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to integrate AI-driven content seamlessly into game projects, enhancing gameplay and player engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments and data-driven optimizations.
- Spearhead the adoption of best practices in data engineering, ensuring scalable, efficient, and maintainable codebases.
- Actively contribute to the ethical AI development discourse, ensuring that all AI models and tools developed uphold the highest standards of integrity and fairness.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research, exploring their potential applications in gaming.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, preferably with a focus on generative AI and machine learning technologies.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI models, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field.
- An open and flexible mindset, ready to take on different challenges, as we like prototyping but sometimes need to “kill our darlings”.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development, such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their application in AI model training and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming technical and design challenges.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects that have successfully utilized AI in creative or innovative ways.
- A commitment to ethical principles in AI development, with an understanding of the broader implications of AI technology in society.
