Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing the UX team, ensuring team members' work meets project standards and goals. Possess the ability to independently complete interface design, interface drawing, icon drawing, UI interaction, and VX. Responsible for formulating the user experience strategy and planning for the game, being familiar with and managing the team experience in game interface design, interaction design, VX, etc. Collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and other relevant teams to ensure the game's user experience aligns with the company's strategy and market demand. Track the latest user experience trends and technologies in the industry to ensure the company's products maintain competitiveness and innovation.
Must have:
- Lead and manage UX team.
- Independently design and draw interfaces, icons, and UI interactions.
- Formulate user experience strategies and plans for games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on UX trends.
