Job Summary

Intel is seeking an experienced legal counsel to support its corporate strategy and operations in Israel and EMEA. The role involves advising on a wide range of legal matters for manufacturing, R&D, commercial, regulatory compliance, employment, construction, real estate, EHS, procurement, and government incentives. The counsel will also manage dispute resolutions, support re-organizations, and conduct legal trainings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Must Have

  • Membership of the Israel senior leadership team.
  • Providing advice on legal matters related to Intel's Israel manufacturing and Research and Development operations.
  • Providing advice on commercial legal matters across EMEA, including collaboration agreements, software licensing, sales agreements, and government tenders.
  • Managing dispute resolutions, arbitrations or litigation.
  • Supporting site / corporate re-organizations.
  • Deployment of corporate and customized ethics, compliance and other legal trainings.
  • Collaboration and relationship building with external advisors and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Qualified to practice as a Lawyer with the Israeli Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Bi-lingual Hebrew and English.

Job Description:

Intel is looking for an experienced legal counsel, who will support deployment of all aspects of Intel's corporate strategy and operations in Israel as well as other EMEA wide commercial matters. This position is ideal for a candidate with an adaptive, collaborative, and learning mindset, willing to partner closely with cross-jurisdictional legal and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional legal support for Intel.

This role will report to the Director of Legal, EMEA, within a newly established EMEA, APJ and China regional legal team. The role is based out of Intel's Israel campus. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Membership of the Israel senior leadership team. A trusted advisor and strong example / influencer across the Israel campus.
  • Providing advice on a wide and varying range of legal matters related to Intel's Israel manufacturing and Research and Development operations across the Israel campus, including regulatory compliance, employment, construction, real estate, facilities and utilities management, environmental health and safety, procurement and government incentives.
  • Providing advice on a wide and varying range of commercial legal matters in support of Intel's Israel Research and Development centers and Intel's broader commercial strategy across EMEA, including collaboration agreements, software licensing topics, sales agreements, custom product and foundry transactions and government tenders.
  • Managing dispute resolutions, arbitrations or litigation.
  • Supporting site / corporate re-organizations.
  • Deployment of corporate and customized ethics, compliance and other legal trainings.
  • Collaboration and relationship building with external advisors and stakeholders (outside counsel, governments, research and industry institutions).
  • Involvement in team and department wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Qualified to practice as a Lawyer with the Israeli Bar Association
  • Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Bi-lingual Hebrew and English.
