Job Summary
Under the responsibility of the Lead Level Designer, you will be in charge of assembling design and creative assets in a stimulating and coherent universe. To enrich the player's experience, you will build and assemble game levels and the world using 3D assets. Key missions include writing and updating Level Design documentation, creating the world and road network with associated missions, implementing functionalities, ensuring flow and playability, monitoring player tracking, and staying updated on Level/Mission Design.
Must Have
- Write and update Level Design documentation (paper plans, briefings, guidelines)
- Create a world and a road network with associated missions
- Stage and adjust game activities
- Implement functionalities and resources from other trades
- Ensure flow and playability with Development Testers, Level Artists, and Gameplay Programmers
- Monitor and analyze player tracking
- Perform Level/Mission Design watch and propose solutions
- Degree in Level Design
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of game engines, vocabulary, and constraints of other trades
- Proficiency in 2D/3D software and task/bug tracking tools
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)

Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Lead Level Designer responsible for your skill development, you will be in charge of assembling design and creative assets in an exciting, stimulating, and coherent universe. To enrich the player's experience, you will build and assemble game levels and the world using 3D assets.
Main missions:
- Write and update Level Design documentation (paper plans, briefings, guidelines, etc.), in accordance with the editorial line and the Game Design Document
- Create a world and a road network with associated missions, stage and adjust game activities
- Implement functionalities and resources from other trades
- Ensure flow and playability with Development Testers, Level Artists, and Gameplay Programmers
- Monitor and analyze player tracking
- Perform Level / Mission Design watch and be proactive on subjects raised by the project
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Level Design program
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally related to the racing universe
- Good knowledge of game engines, vocabulary, and constraints of other trades
- Proficiency in 2D/3D software, and task/bug tracking tools
- Creativity, communication, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and initiative
- Team spirit and passion for racing/MMO games
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
