Job Description
Level Infinite seeks a Product Manager for Platform Product in Shenzhen, China. Responsibilities include building and iterating on overseas game user service systems (website, payment gateway, user accounts, rewards/points systems, community features, and game tools). The role requires planning content, optimizing user experience, increasing platform user base and engagement, analyzing market trends (especially from leading platforms), and applying those findings to improve the service. Candidates should have a strong understanding of international platform dynamics, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and at least 3 years of experience in games or related platforms.
Must Have:
- Build and improve overseas game user service systems
- Plan content, optimize UX, increase user base & engagement
- Analyze market trends and apply findings to improve service
- Bachelor's degree, English fluency
- 3+ years game or platform experience
Responsibilities:
1.负责海外游戏用户服务体系能力建设，包括：官网，支付商城，用户体系，权益/积分体系，社区，游戏工具等； 2.策划服务内容并持续迭代，优化产品质量及用户体验，提高平台用户规模，活跃及留存； 3.关注海外头部平台动向，定期梳理行业上的用户增长及商业化洞察和研究分析，并能快速沉沉方法论应用到所在业务。Requirements:
