Job Description

As a Live-Ops Game Designer at MY.GAMES, you will be responsible for drafting design documents for new in-game events, enhancing existing ones, calculating event rewards, and customizing event configurations. You'll analyze event performance data, collaborate with cross-functional teams (artists, programmers, QA), and ensure the success of live game operations. This role requires a strong understanding of in-game economies and the ability to effectively communicate design ideas. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of midcore projects.
Must have:
  • 1+ year LiveOps experience on midcore project
  • Data analysis skills for decision-making
  • Clear gameplay design documentation
  • In-game economy principles understanding
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Strong communication & responsibility

What you’ll do:
  • Draft design documents for new in-game events and enhance regular events
  • Calculate event rewards
  • Initiate and customize regular event configurations
  • Analyze events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with artists, programmers, and QA
What you need to succeed:
  • 1 year of experience working with LiveOps on a midcore project
  • Ability to analyze analytical data to inform decisions
  • Proficient in writing clear gameplay design documentation and effectively presenting it to the team
  • Familiarity with the principles that govern in-game economies
  • Proficient in Google Sheets: knowledge of formulas and the ability to create calculation tables
  • Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and a focus on results
