The Material Assistant - Logistics will perform receiving administration, check against supplier invoices, assist with MTS/WMS labeling, liaise with forwarders for timely delivery, ensure FIFO, 5S, and safety compliance, and perform GR in SAP. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in a mass manufacturing environment.
Must Have
- Perform receiving admin function (GR)
- Perform receiving function (check against supplier invoice)
- Assist in MTS / WMS labeling
- Liaise with identified forwarders & suppliers for timely delivery
- Compliance to FIFO procedures, 5S & safety
- Perform GR in SAP independently
- Active participation in kaizen / productivity improvements
- Able to be back up for section lead
- Familiar with TS16949 requirements
- Able to work with cross competency / functional team members and resolve issues using logical problem solving
- Support API / cycle count activities
- Zero errors while put away to the supermarkets / warehouse
- Minimum GCE “O” level / ITE / Diploma
- 5 to 8 years experience in mass manufacturing environment materials management
- Logical problem solving skills
- Maintain record / GR accuracy at all times
