Job Description

Smilegate RPG is seeking a System Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. This role involves planning and managing key systems within the game, ensuring smooth operation and a positive player experience. Responsibilities include data management, system documentation, UX design, and collaboration with the development team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of live service operations, and exceptional communication skills. They should be proficient in data analysis, system documentation, and possess a keen eye for user-friendly design, focusing on scalability and maintainability.

Must have:

3+ years experience in system planning
Data entry and maintenance expertise
Deep understanding of live service operations
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Proficiency in data analysis and development tools
Ability to design user-friendly and scalable systems

Good to have:

MMORPG live service experience
Extensive Lost Ark gameplay experience
International service experience

우대사항

- MMORPG 라이브 서비스 경험이 있으신 분 - 로스트아크 플레이 경험이 풍부하신 분 - 해외 서비스 경험이 있으신 분
