Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a System Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. This role involves planning and managing key systems within the game, ensuring smooth operation and a positive player experience. Responsibilities include data management, system documentation, UX design, and collaboration with the development team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of live service operations, and exceptional communication skills. They should be proficient in data analysis, system documentation, and possess a keen eye for user-friendly design, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in system planning
- Data entry and maintenance expertise
- Deep understanding of live service operations
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and development tools
- Ability to design user-friendly and scalable systems
Good to have:
- MMORPG live service experience
- Extensive Lost Ark gameplay experience
- International service experience

- 업무 프로세스를 정의할 수 있고 커뮤니케이션에 뛰어난 분
- 담당 업무에 대한 명확한 시스템 문서를 작성할 수 있으며, 데이터 가이드 작성을 할 수 있으신 분
- 데이터 구조를 잘 이해하며, 개발 툴 사용을 원활히 하실 수 있으신 분
- 업무 일정을 정확히 산출할 수 있으며 책임감을 가지고 엄수하시는 분
- 사용자 편의와 직관성이 고려된 UX를 디자인할 수 있으신 분
- 확장성 및 사후 관리의 용이성을 고려하여 시스템을 디자인하실 수 있으신 분
- 데이터 무결성 및 결과물 퀄리티에 대한 열정과 집념이 있으신 분
우대사항
- MMORPG 라이브 서비스 경험이 있으신 분
- 로스트아크 플레이 경험이 풍부하신 분
- 해외 서비스 경험이 있으신 분
