Job Summary

This role involves managing sales and customer service for Infineon products, designing and executing sales activities to meet objectives, and maximizing business across all channels. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge in their discipline, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead projects independently. A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical sales and EMS customer management is required.

Must Have

  • Responsible for sales and customer service to promote and support IFX products.
  • Designs, executes and controls all sales activities in a designated account.
  • Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
  • Provides excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Often leads projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
  • Works independently.
  • A relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification, or a relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification.
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong focus on technical sales and EMS customer management.
  • Experienced in handling EMS customers, with a strong understanding of the EMS industry and its specific needs and challenges.
  • The ability to learn and understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to customers is essential.

Good to Have

  • Strong technical knowledge in Server, Networking, and Telecom switches is an advantage.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Responsible for the sales and customer service to promote and support IFX products.
  • Designs, executes and controls all sales activities in a designated account to fulfil the defined sales objectives and maximize the business for all IFX products in the designated area, across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs.
  • Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Provides excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure prompt and effective resolution to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Often leads projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
  • Works independently

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • A relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification, or a relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification.
