Job Summary
This role involves managing the batch fulfillment service, ensuring quality delivery within expected SLAs, and balancing business growth with high-quality service and predictable outcomes. The manager will lead the operating model using new technology, drive continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration, identify process optimization opportunities, and implement key performance metrics. Additionally, the role requires developing stakeholder relationships and elevating employee engagement.

Build and drive internal continuous improvement culture through innovation, collaboration, and lean thinking creating organizational buy-in. Review current processes to identify opportunities in tools, processes, and talent, to make recommendations towards increased quality and efficiency. Identify opportunities for improvements that would address key business issues. Implement and provide ongoing key performance metrics/analytics to leadership. Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical capabilities and analytical concepts using laymen's terms while articulating their value. Organize and maintain training and support for associates. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships in key functions across the region. Elevate the level of employee engagement, improving job satisfaction and managing retention Any additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business need
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
