People Analytics BI Developer

The People Analytics team at PayPal delivers actionable insights, scalable solutions, and customer-centric analytics to shape HR strategies and drive business outcomes. As a People Analytics BI Developer, you will use Oracle SQL and Tableau to transform data into meaningful insights, enabling the organization to explore possibilities. You will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate complex datasets into intuitive dashboards that drive decision-making. Your role involves organizing, cleaning, and transforming data using SQL for Tableau integration, developing interactive dashboards, and troubleshooting/enhancing existing reporting solutions. Must Have

• Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
• Leads enterprise-wide applications projects and/or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
• Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
• May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues
• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
