WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The People Consultant at SimCorp, at the IC3 grade, is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key HR services to employees across the organization. With typically 5-7 years of experience in HR or people services, this role involves assisting with core HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll inquiries, and general employee support. The People Consultant works closely with the People Service Delivery team to ensure HR processes are efficiently executed, ensuring a positive employee experience and effective resolution of HR-related issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Running the annual bonus cycle in Workday, acting as the process lead and/or backup for related activities
- Providing cover for the merit process when necessary, ensuring smooth execution and data integrity
- Supporting commission processes, including letter creation and distribution and accuracy checks
- Performing ad hoc project support, such as data uploads and enrollment preparations.
- Updating and maintaining Job Profiles, Compensation Plans, and Benefits in Workday, with ongoing updates throughout the year
- Acting as the point of contact for compensation and other HR data requests, including location analysis and other reporting needs
- Preparing reporting and analytics to support decision-making and compliance.
- Ensuring Workday data quality, maintaining user guides, and supporting system documentation
- Assisting with compliance and audit activities, including accuracy checks and documentation reviews.
