Job Summary
Infinity Advertising Network is seeking a Manager – Sales – OOH/DOOH in Delhi NCR. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OOH and DOOH media, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. The manager will collaborate with internal teams for campaign delivery, provide data-driven insights, and monitor industry trends. Key responsibilities include strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and understanding programmatic advertising. Candidates should have 6-10 years of sales experience in the OOH/DOOH industry.
Must Have
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OOH and DOOH media inventory.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with media agencies, brand marketers, and direct clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Provide clients with data-driven insights and post-campaign reports to demonstrate ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in both traditional and digital OOH spaces.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of proven sales experience in the OOH/DOOH media or advertising industry.
- Strong network of contacts within media agencies and brand advertisers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of DOOH technology, programmatic advertising, and campaign metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OOH and DOOH media inventory.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with media agencies, brand marketers, and direct clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and campaign objectives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Provide clients with data-driven insights and post-campaign reports to demonstrate ROI.
- Stay updated on audience measurement tools, traffic data, and analytics relevant to OOH/DOOH.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in both traditional and digital OOH spaces.
- Recommend improvements or innovations in product offerings, pricing models, and sales tactics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support brand positioning and product awareness.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of proven sales experience in the OOH/DOOH media or advertising industry.
- Strong network of contacts within media agencies and brand advertisers.
