Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As Marketing Brand Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to bring our brand to life, deliver high quality internal client service and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding and applying stakeholder business plans and priorities to develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan; managing key stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Contributing to long-term marketing campaign strategy and planning, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth; monitoring CRM and identifying opportunities to build campaigns that support all dimensions of the buyer journey
  • Overseeing end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media channels, ensuring strategic alignment and performance optimization; maintain accurate campaign data and lead post-campaign reporting
  • Collaboratively developing campaign strategy and tactics to deliver on agreed upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Overseeing editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
  • Identifying and building connected client journeys including defining target clients, buyers, and audience segmentation
  • Leading brand governance by overseeing the review and approval of marketing assets to ensure alignment with PwC’s corporate visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging standards across all channels and business units
  • Strategically evolving brand governance frameworks, including toolkits, templates, and training resources, to support consistent and scalable brand application across the firm
  • Developing and delivering brand education and training programs to build internal brand advocacy and understanding
  • Liaising with external agencies and vendors including ad agencies and identifies areas to optimize campaigns and spend

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
