Job Description
Har Yapı is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage mechanical contracting projects. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical installations (water, wastewater, HVAC, fire protection), coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing materials, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in tunnel formwork systems and mass housing projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software, and experience with cost analysis and quantity surveying.
Must have:
- 4-5 years experience in tunnel formwork and mass housing projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Experience in cost analysis, quantity surveying, and scheduling
- On-site coordination and management of subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving skills and team player
Good to have:
- B-class driver's license

Genel Nitelikler:
*Üniversitelerin Makine Mühendisliği Bölümünden mezun,
*Tünel kalıp sisteminde ve Toplu konut (Emlak Konut) projelerinde Minimum 4-5 yıl tecrübeli,
*Şantiye saha koordinasyonu ve yüklenici ekiplerle çalışma konusunda deneyimli,
*Hakediş, metraj, keşif ve maliyet analizleri konusunda bilgi sahibi,
*MS Office, AutoCAD ve mesleki yazılımlara hakim,
*Takım çalışmasına yatkın, problem çözme yeteneği güçlü,
*Tercihen B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip ve aktif araç kullanabilen.
İş Tanımı:
*Mekanik taahhüt işlerinin projeye uygun şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamak,
*Temiz su, atık su, ısıtma, havalandırma, klima, yangın vb mekanik tesisat işlerinde saha uygulamaları, test, teslimat, devreye alma işlerini yürütmek,
*Saha ekiplerini ve taşeronları koordine etmek, iş programına uygun ilerlemeyi sağlamak,
*Saha mobilizasyon süreçlerini yönetmek ve optimize etmek,
*Şantiye sahasında iş güvenliği kurallarına uyumu denetlemek,
*Malzeme takibi, keşif, metraj ve hakediş süreçlerini yönetmek,
*Günlük, haftalık ve aylık saha raporlarını hazırlayarak üst yönetime sunmak.
