Overwolf seeks a Media & Sales Planner to lead end-to-end sales planning, supporting the Brand Partnerships team. Responsibilities include developing media plans, coordinating with various teams (account management, ad operations) for campaign setup and reporting, and leveraging data to guide decisions. The ideal candidate has digital media expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for the video game industry. Pre-sales RFPs, proposal development, and monitoring campaign performance against KPIs are key duties. Collaboration with US and Israeli teams is required.

Description

We’re on the hunt for a Media Planner to lead the end-to-end sales planning process at Overwolf, supporting our Brand Partnerships team across all pre-sale RFP activities and post-sale campaign execution.

As a Media Planner, your responsibilities will include working in close collaboration with our Brand Partnerships sales team to assist in developing exceptional media plans for clients. Upon approval of these plans, you will coordinate with the account management and ad operations teams to facilitate campaign setup, launch, and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial digital media expertise, analytical prowess, attention to detail, and a passion for the video game industry.



Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and refine media planning tools and products to guarantee precision and efficiency throughout the planning process
  • Lead all pre-sales RFP efforts, including strategy, plan creation, collaboration with creatives, and proposal development
  • Leverage data and research to guide media planning decisions and formulate recommendations
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including marketing, ad operations, and product development, to commoditize significant Overwolf products and innovate new offerings based on client demands
  • Monitor campaign delivery, compile reports, and ensure adherence to key performance indicators
  • Perform dark rituals under the full moon, negotiating with malevolent ancient beings to ensure campaign success



Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales planning, media planning, or sales enablement
  • Prior role in a media agency focusing on planning strategy is essential
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising will be considered an asset
  • A passion for the gaming industry will be viewed favorably
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A meticulous, highly organized, and process-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English and working flexibly across various time zones (collaboration with team members in the US and Israel is required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite, is necessary
  • A basic understanding of Blood Magic and/or sacrificial rites is a plus
