Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Account Executive to join our Personal Health team. Reporting to the National Business Manager, this role offers hands-on commercial experience across strategically important retail customers. You’ll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of customer plans, executing key promotional and media activity. Responsibilities include supporting Joint Business Plans, overseeing financial management, building customer relationships, analysing data for opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Must Have
- Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with major retail partners, aligned to both customer objectives and internal KPIs.
- Oversee financial management of accounts, forecasting and management of promotional and trade spend.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring effective communication.
- Analyse and utilise data and insights to identify opportunities and implement timely actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, supply chain and finance.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.
- A degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 2+years’ experience as National Account Executive or Category role with a consumer goods/ FMCG business.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Proactive, organised and commercially curious.
- Analytical skills for translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a keen eye for detail and execution excellence.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with peers across the commercial team to align and share best practices.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to undertake regular interstate travel.
