Data & Transformation Analyst — Cloudification & Software Hub

This role involves transforming cross-BU data into actionable decisions to enhance cost-efficiency, compliance, and speed for 3rd-party BOM Software and Cloud Products. The analyst will standardize components, mitigate license risks, and identify savings. Daily collaboration with Product Owners, engineers, architects, procurement, R&D, finance, and quality teams is essential. Responsibilities include applying data science to monitor KPIs for 3rd-party software, implementing robust controls in ServiceNow, defining data mappings across various systems, assisting with digital transformation projects using Agile/PMP, identifying process improvements, and enabling adoption through training and demos.

Must Have

• Turn cross-BU data into decisions that improve cost, compliance, and speed for 3rd-party BOM Software and Cloud Products.
• Standardize components, prevent license/entitlement risk, and unlock savings.
• Work daily with Product Owner(s), ServiceNow/Cloud engineers, Integration & Data Architects, Procurement, R&D/PLM, Finance, and Quality/Regulatory.
• Apply data science/analytics to monitor and report KPIs specific to 3rd-party BOM software.
• Implement robust monitoring and controls in SHUB (ServiceNow) for catalog completeness, AVL checks, data quality rules, and compliance signals.
• Partner with PM, Architects, and system owners to define data and mappings across Windchill, SAP, Azure Data Lake, and ServiceNow.
• Assist with medium-complexity projects related to digital transformation, adhering to Agile and PMP methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using analytical insights.
• Enable adoption and change through materials, demos/UAT, and coaching.

• Work daily with Product Owner(s), ServiceNow/Cloud engineers, Integration & Data Architects, Procurement (S2P/Category), R&D/PLM (Windchill), Finance, and Quality/Regulatory.

• Build depth in cloud data tooling and product analytics, sharpen program leadership (Agile/SAFe, PMP), and grow into a strategic PM/PO or Architecture-adjacent role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply data science/analytics to monitor and report KPIs specific to 3rd-party BOM software (usage by product/BOM, license & entitlement status, renewal risk, vendor spend, savings pipeline, standardization/adoption).

• Implement robust monitoring and controls in SHUB (ServiceNow) for catalog completeness, AVL checks (Windchill↔SAP), data quality rules, and compliance signals tied to BOM lineage.

• Partner with PM, Architects, and system owners to define data and mappings across Windchill, SAP, Azure Data Lake, and ServiceNow—ensuring lineage/traceability for BOM-scoped third-party software.

• Assists with medium-complexity projects related to digital transformation (features, integrations, dashboards), adhering to Agile and Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement using analytical insights, collaborating with Business Process Experts (BPEs) and senior management to drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic alignment.

• Enable adoption and change—prepare materials, run demos/UAT, coach engineers and buyers on how programs support software discovery, requests, and compliance.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis and Analytics, Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 3 years of experience with relevant Master's (Nice to have: experience with ServiceNow, PLM/ERP integration to Windchill/SAP, Azure Data Lake pipelines, and KPI/BI development in Power BI or Tableau.)

• Strong data science/analytics (SQL/Python + BI) with exposure to cloud/software platforms (Azure/AWS/ServiceNow or similar); experience with product/BOM data is a plus.
• Strategic problem-solver who moves from metrics to decisions; excellent stakeholder management; working knowledge of Agile/SAFe and PMP practices.
• Ability to quickly learn Procurement concepts (S2P, contracts, vendor/entitlement); prior Procurement experience is a plus, not a must.
• You are an excellent communicator who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• You are a change agent with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
