Must Have
- Manage the GI Ultrasound segment in the Netherlands (Radiology and Vascular).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the GI segment.
- Develop and execute the annual account and sales plan.
- Forecast accurately and collaborate with channel partners.
- Contribute to local marketing strategies.
- Position and promote GI solutions.
- Prepare competitive offerings (quotes and tenders).
- Partner with the Application Specialist to achieve targets.
- Deliver accurate business forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles.
- Commercial savvy and eager to win.

- Experience in a sales role in Healthcare.
- Knowledge/Experience in the structure of a hospital.
- Bachelor or Masters’ degree.

Your role:
- Manage the GI Ultrasound segment within the Netherlands (Radiology and Vascular).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on installed base management, while identifying and acquiring new customers within the GI segment.
- Develop and execute the annual account and sales plan in line with the regional strategy; forecast accurately and collaborate with channel partners where required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies in close cooperation with central and marketing teams.
- Position and promote GI solutions; prepare competitive offerings (quotes and tenders) tailored to customer needs.
- Partner with the Application Specialist to achieve set targets and drive operational excellence.
- Deliver accurate business forecasts through effective lead and opportunity management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities, providing actionable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to support portfolio expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles.
