R&D Project Manager
As the R&D Project Manager, you will lead inbound project management within Radiology Informatics, driving continuous improvement, Agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making while influencing global cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and shape the future of R&D excellence.
Your role:
- Drive strategic impact by leading inbound R&D project management within Radiology Informatics, focusing on engineering, automation, and innovation pillars to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate within a global R&D organization in a matrix environment, partnering with engineering, automation, and program management teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and management, providing clarity on priorities and fostering effective communication.
- Define and monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows using platforms like Jira.
- Manage release cycles and apply Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of R&D projects.
- Collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders beyond R&D to maintain a clear roadmap and raise flags when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance R&D velocity, productivity, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D managers to assess capacity and project viability, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Represent leadership when required, acting as a trusted point of contact for decision-making and progress updates.
- Influence and drive change without direct authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.

You're the right fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Project/Program Management.
- Have 5+ years of experience in R&D Project/Program Management or PMO roles.
- Can drive change without direct authority, influencing cross-functional teams.
- Are skilled in continuous improvement, Agile methodologies, and release management.
- Have experience with KPIs, process optimization, and tools like Jira.
- Possess strong data analysis and reporting skills to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- You have a fluent level of English.
- Work independently, think creatively, and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Bring experience from medium to large corporate environments.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Radiology Informatics, AI technologies, or medical devices.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
This role is not open to a relocation.
