Are you the kind of person who loves creating cozy, well-organized spaces where everything runs smoothly? Do you get a kick out of helping others and adding small touches that make a big difference? As the studio has expanded a lot in the past couple of years, we’re ready to welcome a full-time Office Assistant to join the team, and want to hear from you!
About the Role
As our Office Assistant, you’ll often be the first friendly face that employees and guests meet when they walk through the door. You’ll take care of the day-to-day running of the studio, keeping things smooth, well-stocked, and looking their best, making you one of the MVPs at Triband.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating a great atmosphere and making sure everything just works. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where no two days are quite the same. The details you take care of will help shape the daily experience for everyone at the office and keep things flowing effortlessly behind the scenes, so we can continue making silly games.
What you’ll do
You’ll be a part of the operations team where you’ll mostly work with our Workplace Manager and IT team, and supporting our workplace as a whole with the following tasks:
- Be the first friendly face to greet employees and guests when they arrive.
- Keep the studio presentable, clean, and tidy.
- Keep the studio stocked with groceries, snacks, and drinks (caffeine levels included).
- Set up breakfast for a weekly all-hands meeting on Mondays.
- Occasionally help set up for meetings and workshops.
- Help plan and set up Friday Bars, celebrations, and bigger internal events.
- Organize storage areas and keep shared spaces tidy and functional.
- Coordinate with vendors and services (cleaning, recycling, deliveries, etc.).
- Support relocation of teams within the office, and help them set up their workstations.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep an eye out for small maintenance issues and arrange fixes when needed.
- Find smart ways to improve how we use the space and make everyday life easier.
Requirements
- You’re positive, proactive, and enjoy helping others, the kind of person who notices when something needs doing and just takes care of it.
- You like keeping things organized and take pride in creating a clean, cozy, and functional workspace.
- You’re service minded and have previously worked in the service industry.
- You’re solution oriented, hands-on and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, whether it’s moving some boxes or taking down the pant.
- You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and staying calm when things get a bit busy.
- You communicate clearly and kindly, both with colleagues and external partners.
- You’re comfortable using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, chat apps, etc.) to stay on top of tasks.
- You bring a touch of creativity and curiosity, always looking for ways to make our space and routines a little better.
Requirements for any job at Triband
- You thrive in taking ownership of your area: you spot problems, seek advice when needed, and implement creative solutions that push projects forward.
- You're motivated by collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and creativity, and you actively contribute to sustaining that culture.
- You value a positive work environment and contribute to making the studio a fun and supportive place.
Practicalities
- You live within commuting distance of Copenhagen, have a work permit in Denmark, and are willing to work on-site 5 days/week (with some flexibility). We don’t offer relocation or visa sponsorship for this role.
- We work a 37-hour work week, with flexibility built in so you can balance work and life.
- No crunch. People over deadlines.
- Our working language is English.
What we offer
- The chance to play and impact the work of great games that reach millions of players.
- A playful and ambitious work environment where experimentation is encouraged.
- Friendly and kind colleagues who love making each other laugh as much as making games.
- Paid parental leave, pension plan, and health Insurance (with family coverage available)
- Five weeks of vacation plus five extra days. Child's sick leave.
- Social activities such as hobby nights and Friday bars
- Daily lunch at a local restaurant with vegetarian/vegan options + soft ice on Thursdays
- And endless amounts of sodas and coffee.

We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams.
