The Office Services Manager will lead and organize the Facility & Housekeeping Team in Stuttgart, coordinating external service providers for building maintenance. This role serves as the central contact for all guests, customers, partners, and candidates. Responsibilities also include managing the pool car fleet and supporting indirect purchasing and office management. The ideal candidate will have a completed technical or commercial education, several years of experience in facility management, strong service understanding, and proficiency in German, English, and MS Office.

- Coordinate external service providers for maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings
- Act as the central contact person for all guests, customers, external partners, and candidates
- Manage the pool car fleet
- Support indirect purchasing and office management
- Completed training in a technical or commercial field
- Several years of experience in facility management and professional interaction with external partners and service providers
- Strong service understanding, high self-initiative, and a structured way of working
- Good understanding of building technical systems, strong spatial imagination, and cost awareness
- Hands-on work ethic
- Fluent communication in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
