OMT Metro NPI Application Manager

Micron Technology is seeking a dedicated OMT Metro NPI Application Manager in Taiwan. This role involves providing NPI measurement solutions, managing NPI projects to meet strict timelines, and collaborating with various internal and global teams. Key responsibilities include process release documentation, detection gap studies, improving Metro recipe quality, and leading NPI evaluation projects, all while fostering a positive work environment and contributing to technological advancements.

Must Have

• Encourage and support a safe and positive working environment
• Provide NPI measurement solutions for PIE or PE E/ME areas' yield, process, equipment, and integration requirements
• Manage, measure, and monitor NPI projects to ensure results and time frames are strictly met
• Partner with other Metro sections to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships
• Collaborate with TD, cPIE, and PI/PE E teams to support all NPI parts, equipment/functions, advanced evaluation projects, and process changes
• Manage all staffing, training, professional development, and successor plans for team members
• Promote and support a value-centered performance management culture within the team
• Engage with Micron Central Team and global counterparts on metro issues, sharing lessons learned, BKM, and industry directions for evaluation projects
• Process Release Document, transfer (RR/EFF) for new tech nodes (e.g., 160s or equivalent experience) and future technology
• Coordinate TTMCY from transfer to MY
• Conduct detection gap studies and develop solutions
• Improve Metro recipe quality
• Support ADTT requests
• Close NPI MOR-POR gap actions and update contingency lists
• Lead NPI evaluation H2H projects
• Participate in the CIT program and contribute to TTS papers
