Job Summary

The RDA (Real-Time Defect Analysis) team aims to quickly detect abnormalities in the manufacturing line and provide rapid feedback to minimize defective product outflow. This position involves reviewing defects, determining product quality, investigating causes, and sharing information with relevant departments. The primary mission is to prevent abnormal products from leaving the line.

Must Have

Check and classify defects detected by automated inspection tools (Auto SEM).
Identify root causes of out-of-control defects and provide feedback.
Prepare quality issue reports.
Manage and control Work In Process (WIP) in the inspection process.
Basic operation of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills for coordination with other departments.
Ability to manage work and health.
Positive attitude toward work.
Japanese language skills (reading, writing, communication).
Ability to work in shift work.

Job Summary

RDA (Real-Time Defect Analysis = In-Line Defect Inspection Team) works to detect abnormalities in the manufacturing line quickly and provide feedback to the area to minimize defective product flow. This position reviews defects, judges product quality, investigates root causes, and shares information with related departments. Preventing abnormal products from leaving the line is the most important mission.

Main Responsibilities

Check and classify defects detected by an automated inspection tool (classification based on images from Auto SEM (Automated Scanning Electron Microscope), following defect library)
Identify root cause of defects automatically judged as out of control(spec) and provide feedback to related departments.
Prepare quality issue reports
Support yield improvement and cost reduction activities for Product Integration Engineering (PIE) and Process Engineering (PEE) teams
Manage and control WIP (Work In Process) in inspection process

Required Skills

Basic operation of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills for coordination with other departments (must be able to report, contact, and consult clearly)
Ability to manage work and health
Positive attitude toward work
Japanese skill

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in semiconductors (not mandatory)
Ability to work in shift work

Work Schedule

4 days work / 4 days off shift system
Day shift: 8:00 – 20:15
Night shift: 20:00 – 8:15 next day
(Cycle: Day → Day → Night → Night → 4 days off → repeat)
