Job Description

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Business Consultant for Asset Servicing to support global business growth from its Warsaw office. This role involves providing business support and solutions to clients worldwide, focusing on Asset Servicing Hub (ASH) onboarding. Key responsibilities include project management, coordinating with various teams (Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, Testing), leading client communications, defining reporting and risk analysis, and managing testing activities and customer change requests. Must Have:
  • Assume overall ASH onboarding PM responsibility.
  • Coordinate with teams for ASH onboarding.
  • Lead client communications on responsibilities.
  • Define and create reporting and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate testing activities with SC teams.
  • Orchestrate integration test scope and requirements.
  • Manage customer change requests and provide initial assessment.
  • Coordinate solution with architects and product development.
  • Consolidate outreach, build, and testing efforts.
  • Evaluate resource staffing consequences with PM.
  • Communicate solutions to client regarding ASH scope/timelines.
  • Experience communicating with clearing brokers, custodians, asset managers.
  • Minimum 5 years project management in asset servicing operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

In this key role you will work with all our clients across the world and provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assume overall Asset Servicing Hub (ASH) onboarding PM responsibility
  • Coordinate with teams involved in the ASH onboarding (Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, Testing)
  • Lead communications with the client over the listed responsibilities
  • Define and create reporting and risk analysis on an ongoing basis (in collaboration with the outreach PM and the client’s program manager)
  • Coordinate testing activities with SC teams and executes general test planning in alignment with overall project plan
  • Orchestrate with the test stream (V&T) and wider project / product team to agree integration test scope and test requirements
  • Coordinate requests for sample data
  • Manage customer change requests to scope of integrations/parties, review them, prepare the necessary information, and provide an initial assessment
  • Coordinate with architects and product development about solution
  • Consolidate the effort for the outreach, build, and testing in collaboration with corresponding teams
  • Evaluate the consequences (e.g., resource staffing) with PM and SaaS service execution management (the latter decide over acceptance)
  • Communicate the solution to client as scope / out of scope for ASH or dependent on timelines

  • Experience in handling business specific communication with a clearing broker, a custodian and an asset manager
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects in asset servicing operations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience overseeing wider operational requirements to ensure a smooth and complete run
