Job Summary
The Online Programs Manager will plan, implement, and manage online literacy and learning programs, coordinating with internal teams and partners to achieve program goals. This role involves developing timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, analyzing program impact and user engagement, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to expand reach. The manager will also identify partnerships, stay updated on online education trends, support content localization, and manage online learning platforms to ensure optimal user experience.
Must Have

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Data analysis and reporting experience (Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Overlap 3-4 hours with U.S. West Coast and European time zones.

Online Programs Manager Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage NABU’s online literacy and learning programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure program goals are met.
- Develop and oversee program timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Analyse and report on program impact, user engagement, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to amplify online program reach.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships to expand NABU’s digital initiatives.
- Stay updated with trends in online education, digital storytelling, and literacy programs.
- Support localization and adaptation of content for target audiences.
- Manage NABU’s online learning platforms and ensure optimal user experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Online Sales – Consumer Business or Executive Team.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across remote teams and time zones.
Online Programs Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in online program or project management, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital engagement and online learning tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Data analysis and reporting experience (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for literacy, education, and social impact.
- Must be able to work at least 3–4 hours overlapping with both the U.S. West Coast and European (Paris) time zones, in addition to regular Manila working hours.
