1. Independently handle the company's overseas (e.g., Europe, US, Southeast Asia, etc.) tax registration, VAT registration, declaration, and payment.
2. Follow up on changes in overseas tax policies, timely interpret and analyze their impact on the company's business.
3. Communicate with overseas tax authorities and third-party tax agents to handle tax disputes, audits, and compliance issues.
4. Assist in the design and optimization of cross-border transaction structures, providing tax planning advice.
5. Review tax-related clauses in overseas business contracts to identify potential tax risks.
6. Liaise with internal finance, legal, and business teams to ensure overseas tax compliance.
7. Establish and maintain overseas tax archives, declaration records, and related supporting documents.
8. Assist in completing the company's annual audit, final settlement, and transfer pricing documentation preparation.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance and tax, accounting, international business or related majors.
2. 3+ years of cross-border tax or international tax related experience, familiar with VAT, GST, Sales Tax and other systems.
3. English can be used as a working language, with written communication skills with overseas tax authorities or institutions.
4. Proficient in Excel and financial software, with good data analysis skills.
5. Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills and ability to work under pressure.
6. Registered Tax Agent, ACCA, CPA or other qualifications preferred.
