Job Summary
The Packing Specialist plays an executive role within project environments, potentially leading small projects and teams. Responsibilities include packaging, categorization, and recording of files and boxes at client premises, completing Transmittal Sheets, and identifying cartons and individual files. The role also involves loading, unloading, and transporting cartons, participating in special projects, and coordinating with the Packing Team Leader to meet client specifications. This position requires adherence to company technical standards and methods.
Must Have
- Package and categorize files and boxes at client premises
- Record files at client premises
- Complete Transmittal Sheets at client premises
- Identify cartons and individual files at client premises
- Load, unload, and transport cartons as required
- Participate in special projects
- Liaise and coordinate with Packing Team Leader
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good knowledge of Iron Mountain’s workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience

The Packing Specialist holds an executive role within a project environment. They may be responsible for a small project and act as a team leader. They are required to comply with the company’s technical standards and methods.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging and categorization of files and boxes at the client’s premises.
- Recording of files at the client’s premises.
- Completion of Transmittal Sheets at the client’s premises.
- Identification of cartons and individual files at the client’s premises.
- Loading, unloading, and transportation of cartons where required.
- Participation in special projects as and when required.
- Liaison and coordination with the Packing Team Leader to ensure that specifications meet the client’s needs.
**Qualifications:**
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good knowledge of Iron Mountain’s workflows
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate with knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office packages
