This role involves conducting in-depth research, verifying data accuracy, cross-referencing information, performing comprehensive checks to avoid errors, following verification guidelines, and accurately submitting verified information. The administrator will work across various backend processes, adapt to different workflows, and be flexible for rotational shifts to support global clients.
Must Have
- Conduct in-depth research on provided data and verify accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-reference data with available documents, online portals, and search engines.
- Perform comprehensive checks to avoid errors or duplicates and ensure high-quality validation.
- Follow internal and client-specific verification guidelines.
- Accurately submit verified information on the supplier portal and maintain proper documentation.
- Work across three backend processes and adapt to different workflows as required.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts and support global clients across various time zones.
- Conduct research to verify country-specific information and comply with regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for verification purposes and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and seamless integration of verification results into backend systems.
- Document all call findings accurately and ensure seamless backend integration.
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on provided data and verify the accuracy and completeness of provided information.
- Cross-reference data with available documents, online portals, and search engines.
- Perform comprehensive checks before submitting cases to avoid errors or duplicates to ensure high-quality validation and adherence to verification standards.
- Follow internal and client-specific verification guidelines.
- Accurately submit verified information on the supplier portal and maintain proper documentation.
- Work across three backend processes one blend (calling + backend) process and adapt to different workflows as required.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts and support global clients across various time zones.
- Conduct research to verify country-specific information and comply with regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for verification purposes and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and seamless integration of verification results into backend systems.
