Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, A2C & Vendor Relationships to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, including billing, invoicing, and collections. This role involves simultaneously owning the governance and performance of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. The position is crucial for protecting revenue, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), minimizing bad debt, and elevating the overall customer experience. The manager will leverage advanced analytics to forecast collections performance and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Must Have
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Account-to-Cash, or financial operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, financial processes, vendor performance management, and contract law.
- Proven ability in leadership, managing complex BPO or third-party vendor relationships.
- Proven ability in driving data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, A2C & Vendor Relationships to join our Customer Excellence team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end O2C operations, which includes billing, invoicing, and collections, while simultaneously owning the governance and performance of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. This position is crucial for protecting revenue, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), minimizing bad debt, and elevating the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, leveraging advanced analytics to forecast collections performance, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and drive continuous improvement in cash flow stability.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner and internal stakeholders to manage vendor performance, ensure adherence to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and swiftly resolve complex customer escalations.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies, reporting standards, tax compliance requirements, and relevant industry regulations across all Account-to-Cash (A2C) and vendor governance activities.
What You’ll Bring
