Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Director HR Partnerships to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and driving organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives. This role involves leading key talent processes, providing leadership coaching, deploying compensation and performance programs, and collaborating with COEs to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.

Must Have

  • Substantial and progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in a complex, multi-supplier, and matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of all Human Resources disciplines and related processes.
  • Robust business acumen to make informed HR decisions and recommendations.
  • Proven ability in strategic stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • Skillfully building relationships with senior leaders.
  • Coordinating tasks and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent) is required.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning Human Resources strategies with core business goals, and driving organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives. The Human Resources team is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining the talent and capabilities that drive business performance, focusing on continuous learning, career development, and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support key talent processes by acting as a trusted advisor and providing leadership coaching to the client group, including deploying compensation and performance programs, and facilitating year-end review calibrations with senior leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Advisors to communicate business priorities, ensure the entire OneHR team effectively services the business, and supports the resolution of employee relations (ER) issues when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by participating in and advising on organizational design efforts, leading the implementation of changes (including job evaluations and risk assessment), and staying abreast of talent and organizational data to drive associated action planning.
