Job Summary
Trek's Marketing Team is seeking Paid Social and Design Specialists to elevate global paid social activity and deliver visually compelling creative assets for digital marketing platforms. This role involves running paid social campaigns for international markets, driving awareness, consideration, interaction, and high-quality traffic to Trekbikes.com. The specialist will ensure all campaigns have on-brand, optimized assets, adapting strategies for local market nuances and collaborating with other channel specialists for a cohesive approach.
Must Have
- Lead and manage paid social accounts for multiple international markets.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to hit awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Own day-to-day channel management: budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, and campaign setup.
- Adapt strategy and planning for local market cultures, languages, and nuances.
- Support a full funnel strategy with expertise in budget, flighting, and channel usage.
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on budget and approach.
- Work closely with other paid channel specialists for a cohesive approach.
- Conceptualize and design static and motion assets optimized for paid social performance.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams for creative alignment.
- Produce on-brand assets (ads, stories, videos) aligned with audience behavior and platform best practices.
- 8+ years of experience running paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.
- 5+ years of experience in digital asset creation and front-end design.
- Ability to manage time and priorities.
- Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics.

Position summary
Trek’s Marketing Team is seeking Paid Social and Design Specialists to elevate our global paid social activity to new heights as well as delivering visually compelling creative assets tailored for each of Trek’s digital marketing platforms. This Paid Social and Design Specialists will run paid social activity for a number of international markets, driving awareness, consideration, interaction and ultimately high-quality traffic to Trekbikes.com and ensure all campaigns and channels have the assets they require for on-brand, optimized campaign performance.
Paid Social Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in owning and managing paid social accounts for multiple international markets, plan, launch and optimize campaigns to hit awareness, engagement and conversion goals.
- Own day to day channel management: budgets, pacing, bids, audiences and campaign set up in alignment with each market’s business goals.
- Adapt the strategy and planning in reflection of local market cultures, languages and nuances including a clear understanding of the use of locally-specific paid social channels
- Support a full funnel strategy using your expertise to make recommendations and execute on budget, flighting, channel usage with a clear understanding of target demographics and assets
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on budget and approach based on performance, platform updates and industry insights.
- Work closely with other paid channel specialists to strategize a cohesive approach to budget, strategy and performance with a good understanding of the full media ecosystem.
Creative & Design Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design static and motion assets from the global asset suite, optimized for paid social performance
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency
- Work with broader paid social, email and paid search specialist to support with asset product in photoshop or other design tools to ensure Trek’s campaigns have a variety of brand compliant assets
- Produce on-brand assets (ads, stories, videos etc) that align with audience behavior and platform best practices
- Understand front end design to support the broader digital marketing leads in conceptualizing and executing digital marketing assets.
Skills, Experience & attributes
- 8+ years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally across multiple platforms and markets as part of a wider business strategy
- 5+ years of experience in digital asset creation and front end design
- Ability to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goals
- Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics
