What we are looking for:
To support us in our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our legal team at AnyDesk. In this role you will be a key member of the legal team acting as the main point of contact between a variety of departments and our external lawyers. We are looking for individuals with a solution oriented can-do attiude paried with extreme ownership of business-critical tasks and the ability to keep track of multiple goals differing in priorites in a fast-paced enviroment.

- Facilitate the communication with internal departments
- Manage the communication with clients and contractors, particularly in data protection and contract administration
- Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently
- Liaise with authorities regarding abuse-related matters
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the organization
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Previous employment in a law firm or legal department (Completion of training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant)
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a structured and self-directed manner, with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experiences with DocuSign are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members
