Egnyte seeks a Salesforce Partner Development Manager to drive revenue growth through co-selling strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with Salesforce sales teams (AE, RVP, SE) to support Financial Services sales motions, creating joint co-sell opportunities, tracking progress, reporting results, and preparing business reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in the enterprise market, particularly within Financial Services, and possess strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and communication skills. The role focuses on increasing Egnyte revenue via strategic partnerships with Salesforce, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the co-sell cycle.

We're seeking a motivated, passionate, and collaborative Salesforce Partner Development Manager to join our Global Alliance Team. The successful candidate will work closely with Egnyte and Salesforce stakeholders to drive growth and client satisfaction throughout our business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive Egnyte revenue growth via efficient and effective Salesforce-Egnyte co-sell GTM planning, promoting Egnyte solutions on Salesforce both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with Salesforce sales teams (AE, RVP, SE) to support industry solutions for Financial Services sales motions and field selling.
  • Collaborate with our strategic partner Salesforce and Egnyte's field sellers, to create, facilitate, and orchestrate joint co-sell opportunities that drive incremental Egnyte revenue.
  • Track opportunity progress, report on business results, and regularly participate in account and pipeline review calls.
  • Prepare and provide business reviews to stakeholders and management teams.
  • Create and execute operational rigor, including partner management, account management, and business reviews (internal/external).
  • Our mission is to drive incremental Egnyte revenue with our strategic partner Salesforce. We are trusted advisors and facilitators of the full co-sell cycle with Salesforce and internal sellers. We help Salesforce and internal sales teams come together as a unified team with a shared vision and strategy in target accounts to drive revenue growth for Egnyte and Salesforce.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in the enterprise market or Financial Services or other related experience.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce in a similar role and capacity
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $100k - $165k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
