Performance Engineer M/F
Job Description
- Be responsible for the technical field validation of new installations (performance, emissions, component sizing)
- Perform diagnostics and performance analysis on client sites for after-sales service issues
- Write measurement and validation reports using existing templates
- Ensure regular reporting to Management and monitor action plans for each project
- Communicate field experience on startups and/or site measurements (performance) to technical and R&D services
- Use field expertise and collaborate with the R&D team to optimize current simulation models
- Higher education in generalist, thermal or mechatronics engineering (e.g., INA, Polytech, ISTP)
- Good knowledge of efficiency calculations, power, and mechatronics
- Proactive and initiative-taking for problem-solving
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Regular travel to clients in France (on average 50% of the year with full weeks of travel)

Job Description
As part of the development of our activity in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Performance Engineer M/F.
In this position, your missions will consist of:
- Being in charge of the technical field validation of new installations (performance, emissions, component sizing),
- Performing diagnostics and performance analysis on client sites as part of after-sales service issues,
- Writing measurement and validation reports using existing templates,
- Ensuring regular reporting to Management and monitoring action plans for each project,
- Communicating field experience on startups and/or site measurements (performance) to technical and R&D services,
- Using your field expertise and working in collaboration with the R&D team to optimize current simulation models.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
- Higher education in generalist, thermal or mechatronics engineering (e.g., INA, Polytech, ISTP),
- Good knowledge of efficiency calculations, power, and mechatronics,
- Being proactive and taking initiatives for problem-solving,
- Having excellent writing and synthesis skills.
This position requires regular travel to clients in France (on average 50% of the year with full weeks of travel).
