Job Summary
Your mission will be to supervise, organize, and optimize the planning of field teams to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. This includes coordinating daily activities, managing schedules with dedicated tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining client communications. You will also lead a team of planners and contribute to process improvement.
Must Have

- Pilot and coordinate the daily activity of the planning department.
- Organize and optimize the tours and workdays of field teams.
- Supervise the establishment and management of intervention schedules using dedicated tools.
- Ensure compliance with roadmaps, anticipate and program future interventions.
- Manage the regulatory requests necessary to secure interventions.
- Guarantee smooth communications with clients (appointment scheduling, confirmations, various information).
- Ensure effective liaison between field teams, internal departments, and management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and propose solutions to optimize organization.
- Supervise, support, and lead a team of planners.
- Significant experience in planning and team management.
- Proficiency in management and planning IT tools.
- Ability to analyze and manage an activity.
- Proactive and reactive in daily management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with clients.
