Receptionist [Season 2026]

The Resort Barrière La Baule is seeking a Receptionist for the 2026 summer season. This full-time, seasonal contract role involves ensuring elegant customer reception and service, managing arrivals and departures, promoting hotel services, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, empathetic, possess strong interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have similar experience in a high-end establishment. Compensation is between EUR 2,080 and EUR 2,248 gross per month.

Job Description

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE...

You are capable of managing everything with elegance. The impossible does not exist; you perform miracles with a phone and our IT tools. In addition to holding all access keys, your missions will also include:

• Ensuring customer reception and service.
• Being a privileged contact for all questions related to the hotel's internal life.
• Handling client arrivals and departures following hotel procedures, in a professional and efficient manner.
• Knowing your clients and ensuring excellent relationships with confidentiality and discretion.
• Promoting the establishment's products and services.
• Working in close collaboration with other hotel departments.
• Controlling the cash fund and processing payments.
