Principal - Architecture

This role is for a Principal - Architecture, specifically an Artificial Intelligence Technical Solution Architect, requiring 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years on Azure. The candidate will be hands-on, technically guiding and managing teams, and flexible to work in shifts. Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and hybrid models, with a focus on generative AI models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Azure AI services.

Must Have

• 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years on Azure
• Strong communication skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models
• Hands-on experience in deploying a variety of generative models
• In-depth experience in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained AI models
• Hands-on in Prompt Engineering, Azure Open AI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate AZ204 certification

• MLOps and LLMOps experience

• Develop and deliver upskilling sessions to the customer
