Process Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanow manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Furthermore, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanow, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Currently, for the Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanow, we are recruiting for a trainee position in the Process department.

Your tasks will include:

• Learning the car lamp production process
• Supporting activities related to the development of new projects – from concept and validation to the start of serial production
• Creating and updating technical documentation (work instructions, setup sheets, TPM)
• Cooperation with machine and component suppliers
• Participation in process validations (internal and external audits)
• Analysis of material flow, measurement of cycle times, improvement of production processes
• Participation in product validation tests and simulations
• Support for tasks related to programming machines, robots, and vision systems

• You are studying or are a graduate of technical fields (production management, production engineering, automation, mechanics or related)
• You are proficient in English at a communicative level
• You know the basics of technical drawing
• You are available a minimum of 4 days a week (Mon-Fri)
• You are proficient in the MS Office package
