As a Product Analyst for PEA & PEA-PME, you will be responsible for the operational management of these accounts, including processing withdrawals and closures, monitoring unlisted securities, reviewing client documents, and ensuring data reliability. You will also control applicable taxation, manage activity risks, and interact with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires initial experience in back-office or middle-office PEA/PEA-PME account management, proficiency in Excel, and a good level of operational English for international collaboration.
Must Have
- Process withdrawals and closures.
- Monitor and process unlisted securities.
- Review and index client documents.
- Reconcile client and system data.
- Participate in data reliability and make necessary corrections.
- Control and monitor applicable taxation for PEA and PEA-PME.
- Control activity-related risks.
- Communicate with external counterparties and internal departments.
- Propose improvements to operational processes.
- Manage financial instrument repositories and updates.
- Participate in project progress monitoring.
- Ensure proper application of rules and procedures.
- Higher education (Bac+3 minimum), ideally in Finance, Banking, or Management.
- Initial experience in PEA and PEA-PME account management (back-office or middle-office).
- Proficiency in classic IT tools, especially Excel.
- Good level of operational English.

Job Description
I am currently looking for a Product Analyst to participate in the operational management of PEA & PEA-PME accounts:
Your main missions will be to:
- Process withdrawal and closure operations;
- Ensure the monitoring and processing of unlisted securities;
- Ensure the review and indexing of client documents;
- Ensure the reconciliation of client and system data;
- Participate in data reliability and make necessary corrections;
- Control and monitor the taxation applicable to PEA and PEA-PME;
- Carry out risk control related to the activity;
- Liaise with external counterparties and internal departments;
- Propose improvements to the various operational processes;
- Manage the monitoring of financial instrument repositories and their updates;
- Participate in monitoring project progress;
- Ensure the proper application of current rules and procedures.
Profile:
Higher education (Bac+3 minimum), ideally with a specialization in Finance, Banking or Management.
You have initial experience in managing PEA and PEA-PME accounts in a back-office or middle-office. You are proficient in classic IT tools, especially Excel.
A good level of operational English is required (essential given regular exchanges with headquarters in Denmark and your colleagues in India).
You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and have a good level of expertise.
Organized and rigorous, you also have good communication skills with an analytical and customer satisfaction-oriented mind.
You will work in close collaboration with your manager with whom you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise.
Autonomous in your missions, you also appreciate teamwork and know how to adapt.
