Job Summary
Mendix is the leading low-code application development platform, enabling customers to create and deploy better enterprise software faster through visual modeling and collaboration between business users and developers. This role focuses on accelerating Mendix's momentum and market leadership in the industrial sector by bridging Operational and Information Technology for a global audience. The Product Marketing team delivers market insights, clear positioning, and differentiated messaging, working closely with Product, R&D, Sales, and Campaigns.
Must Have
- Deliver messaging and positioning that articulates differentiated value to industrial audiences with a particular focus on Teamcenter customers globally.
- Develop and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to engage IT leaders in industrial enterprises.
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop value propositions that clearly differentiate us in the market.
- Enable sales teams to articulate the value of our products.
- Collaborate with Campaign teams to ensure clear alignment between campaign messaging, underlying tactics, and field execution.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, and communicate timely, actionable insights.
- 5+ years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Presales experience.
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to translate technical features into benefits and value for different buyer personas in enterprises.
- Demonstratable ability to drive cross-functional results across product, sales, demand generation, and channel partners.
- Willingness to travel at least once a quarter.

- Prior experience in platform go-to-market
- Prior experience with Challenger Sales methodology
- Prior experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager who can help us bridge the worlds of Operational and Information Technology for a global audience.
The Team
The team’s mission is to deliver market insights, clear positioning, and differentiated messaging for our platform. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Product, R&D, Sales, Campaigns, Partnerships, and many others.
Key Responsibilities

About you (requirements & preferred experience)
- Required:
- 5+ years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Presales experience.
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to translate technical features into benefits and value for different buyer personas in enterprises.
- Demonstratable ability to drive cross-functional results across product, sales, demand generation, and channel partners.
- Willingness to travel at least once a quarter.
- Preferred:
- Prior experience in platform go-to-market
- Prior experience with Challenger Sales methodology
- Prior experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM solutions.
The role includes occasional international travel (minimum once per quarter).
