Electronic Arts is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage various special activities, including large-scale meetings, event planning, and logistics. The role involves conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining knowledge of EA operations. This position requires acting as a liaison with other departments, tracking contract staff data, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, office suite proficiency, and basic project management and finance skills.
Must have:
  • Manages multiple special activities including large-scale meetings, event planning and logistics for conferences / parties, swags, expense reports etc.
  • Conducts market research, gathers information and negotiates contracts prior to closing any deals.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of EA operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains and distributes confidential and highly sensitive information, acting in confidence on behalf of the managers to handle issues of an organizationally sensitive nature.
  • Works as a liaison with the other departments in the companies, as needed (eg: HR, Facility, IT, Finance etc).
  • Works with staffing vendors on tracking contract staff data and ensuring its correctness e.g. shift & OT allowances.
  • Prepares and shares reports and analysis on data pertaining to responsibilities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written
  • Well versed with Microsoft or Google Office Suit.
  • Basic project management skills
  • Basic knowledge on finance and accounting.
