Responsibilities:

Overview

The Production Crew Member plays a key role in executing great live sporting events. This position will be held by a multi-talented team player that will fulfill multiple roles in game day production activities. The Production Crew Member must appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve their skills in a variety of production roles to create quality content.

What You’ll Be Doing

May include, but not limited to:

Run camera as scripted and directed during live sporting events
Operate audio board and other AV production equipment for live sporting events
Assist with game day graphics
Operate instant replay system
Assist Creative Producer and Technical director as needed
Properly operate, maintain and protect assigned equipment
Properly strike and store equipment as designated
Communicate show elements during live production
Learn technical directing and video switcher
Learn replay system
Implement visual elements during live shows including proper graphics and video
Any other assigned duties

Qualifications:

What You Need for this Position

Ability to think quickly and keep pace with fast-moving live sporting events
Experience in the use of video cameras, audio boards and other AV production equipment
Knowledge of editing software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as event scripts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Be customer service oriented with a fan-friendly attitude and professional appearance at all times
Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
Able to stoop and bend
Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
Able to comply with safety and health code standards
Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion task
