Production Team Leader M/F

Netexial, a major industrial laundry player, is seeking a Production Team Leader for its Gravigny site. The role involves ensuring machine startup/shutdown, managing and developing a production team, recording production data, coordinating with maintenance, implementing continuous improvement actions, managing consumables, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bac to Bac+2 technical background and about 5 years of similar experience in an industrial environment, with strong managerial skills in a production line.

Must Have

• Ensure machine startup and shutdown
• Participate in recruitment, lead, and manage the team (replacements, catch-up planning, dress code)

Job Description

In constant growth and ambitious in our development, we are looking for our site located in Gravigny (27) a:

Production Team Leader M/F:

• Ensure the startup and shutdown of machines.
• Participate in recruitment, lead, and manage their team (managing replacements, catch-up planning, respect for uniforms...).
• Develop the skills of their team.
• Record production data for the analysis of activity dashboards (productivity, machine).
• Coordinate with the maintenance department all preventive or curative interventions and ensure level 1 maintenance.
• Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement actions validated by management and report on their effectiveness.
• Manage consumable stocks.
• Report information concerning operations (human and material) to the Production Manager.
• Respect and ensure compliance with the company's quality, safety, and environmental procedures, as well as the cleaning schedule for the premises.
• Lead expression meetings.

Compensation

Permanent contract position, full-time.

Status: Supervisor

Salary: 30-32 K€ gross annual (fixed + variable)

Qualifications

With a technical background (Bac to Bac +2), you have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, which has allowed you to develop your managerial skills in a production line.
