Program Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning

Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and driven Program Manager to join our Program Management & Enablement team within Autodesk’s Worldwide Marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone with 4–6 years of professional experience and a strong generalist background—ideally gained through management consulting or strategic program roles. The ideal candidate will bring facilitation expertise, a passion for enablement, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that elevate marketing impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic marketing programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and deliver scalable solutions that improve team performance and collaboration
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives to drive clarity, alignment, and action across teams
• Develop program roadmaps, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program goals are met with high quality
• Support change management efforts and communications for key transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Experience in enablement—designing and delivering tools, resources, or training that support team effectiveness
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong generalist skill set with experience in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication
• Proven facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional discussions and workshops
• Familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, or marketing operations tools
• Experience in the tech or SaaS industry
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
