Your daily life
Within the operations department of the Support and Customer Service (SSC) sector, you will join a major strategic public sector program in France as a PMO to provide support to the Program Director and the integrated team on Finance, Structuring, Planning, Risks and Opportunities, Reporting and Indicators, and Document Management activities. In detail:
- Consolidate budgets and costs/analyze variances in conjunction with the Project Manager for the scope,
- Update the Primavera structure according to project start-up, as well as monthly workload/milestone plans via Primavera, in conjunction with the teams
- Maintain the risk and opportunity database,
- Contribute to the Program's internal/external reporting and the monthly update of project indicators,
- Monitor actions related to the scope,
- Provide support to project teams for document management activities (TOL/SPHERE)

With a higher education degree (bac +4/5, or equivalent), you have good experience in project management (PMO experience desired).
Essential skills / knowledge:
- Proven experience as PMO, Project Manager (PM), Work Package Manager (WPM) or in any other project management activity with associated tools.
- Solid skills in project structuring, as well as financial analysis and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Thales' project planning tool, Primavera.
- Ability to effectively use Thales' ERP tool, particularly SAP.
Desired skills / knowledge:
- Ability to coordinate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of information and communication systems, as well as service contracts.
- Good command of MS Project.
- Knowledge of financial management.
The SSC PMO team supports the 50 project managers of the Support and Customer Service Sector of the SIX GBU to help them master their contractual and financial commitments. We deploy the Thales group's instrumented processes on projects; support for the organizational structuring of projects, planning and monitoring of expenses and commitments, management of risks and opportunities, supplier monitoring, preparation of internal and CLIENT reviews, etc.
