We will entrust you with the development of sales management, inventory management, and order placement systems, primarily POS systems, for companies in the distribution and retail industry. Since we receive direct requests from customers, you can experience upstream processes such as planning and requirements definition.

• Industry: Retail and distribution industry (our customers are top domestic companies)
• Solution: POS system, store system, inventory management system, CRM solution implementation
• Phase: You will be widely responsible for business consulting, proposal to design, and project management of development, focusing on upstream processes.

Specifically: Requirements definition / Test plan and specification verification / Existing package customization design for store servers, DB design, operation design, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• Those with experience in business application development (approx. 2-3 years)
• *Welcome to those currently working at a second- or third-tier system company who wish to advance their career to upstream processes.
• *Also welcome to those currently working as IT engineers who wish to step up to project manager.
• Training System: As it is an in-house position, PMs and project team members will be responsible for training through OJT.
• Evaluation System: Career interviews with managers are conducted three times a year. Based on these interviews, projects and work designs for career building are planned.
• Work Style: Work-life balance can be maintained with an average of 35 hours/month or less overtime. The take-home ratio for the distribution domain is over 90%. Almost all work is in-house.
