Quality Trainee/Apprentice

Valeo, a global tech company in the automotive industry, is seeking a Quality Trainee/Apprentice in Puebla. This role involves managing OEM customer portals, preparing PPAP documentation, conducting capability studies, and creating/updating quality documentation. The trainee will also present weekly scorecard statuses, upload warranty reports to the PRAS System, and support claims resolution to ensure quality in finished product shipments. This is a full-time internship/trainee position.

Must Have

• Manage OEM customer portals (Ford, Stellantis, GM, VW)
• Prepare PPAP documentation
• Conduct capability studies
• Create and update quality documentation (test plans, release records, dummy records)
• Present weekly OEM customer scorecard statuses
• Upload reports to PRAS System on warranty cases
• Support sorting parts for customer claims to ensure quality
• Respond to and follow up on claims in OEM customer portals
