Production Supervisor

Must Have

• Ensuring continuous production without disruptions.
• Managing and directing employees within the production unit.
• Supervising new employee training, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
• Handling HR tasks including attendance tracking, leave management, and performance reviews.
• Maintaining continuous communication with logistics to ensure production plan adherence.
• Defining and executing corrective actions in case of production plan deviations.
• Enforcing health, safety, environmental, and factory rules and standards.
• Liaising with other departments as needed.
• Performing administrative tasks related to production.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance or manufacturing technology.
• Leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Willingness to work 12-hour continuous shifts.
• Secondary education.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:

• Continuously ensuring the smooth operation of production.
• Managing employees belonging to the production unit.
• Supervising the training of new employees, scheduling training, determining training needs, and monitoring them.
• HR tasks (tracking absences, keeping attendance records, granting leave, performance evaluation).
• Continuous communication with logistics according to production plans, ensuring adherence to the production plan, defining and executing measures in case of deviation.
• Enforcing health, safety, environmental, and factory rules and standards in the production unit.
• Liaising with other departments.
• Performing administrative tasks related to production.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU:

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production area.
• Knowledge of quality assurance or manufacturing technology.
• Leadership skills (minimum 2 years of leadership experience).
