Quality Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

The Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, production, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. This role is for a Quality Trainee in the Site SQA Department. Key responsibilities include verifying delivery statuses, assisting with supplier complaint management, reporting SQA activity results, and contributing to general departmental tasks. The position offers an 18-month paid internship with an employment contract, bonuses, and various benefits.

Must Have

• Graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies or current student of 2nd-5th year technical fields (Quality Management in production and related)
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Diligence, accuracy, and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team
• Availability at least 5 days a week

The activities of the Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina are additionally supported by a modern research and development center, which currently employs about 100 people.

Currently, for the Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina, we are recruiting for the position of Trainee in the Site SQA Department.

Your tasks will include:

• Releasing deliveries after status verification
• Support in handling complaints with suppliers
• Reporting results of activities in the Site SQA area
• Participation in all departmental tasks
